Sauna Essential Oil - Eucalyptus - 500ml

Refreshing Eucalyptus oil is essential for any sauna. Studies show Eucalyptus oil offers many benefits, from its naturally stimulating properties that can help energize and wake you, to its soothing effects when inhaled. Its anti inflammatory effects can help with respiratory illnesses and overall breathing.

Mix with water according to your preference. 50ml of aroma for 3L of water is a common dilution. Throw the mixture directly on the hot stones of the sauna heater and experience the benefits of Eucalyptus oil.

Do not pour the undiluted oil directly on the sauna stones.
